Abstract

The author, on the example of the story of a particular criminal case, considered by one of the courts of the Krasnodar Region, reflects on the necessary freedom and independence of the owner, which should be provided by the current civil law regulation of the relations of material goods. The article proves that an important element in understanding the principle of inviolability of property is the prohibition of state intervention in the exercise of the owner's powers, including through regional legislative acts adopted outside the competence and inadequate in terms of legislative technique.
