THE RIGHT FOR LIFE AND ITS REALIZATION IN THE CRIMINAL LAW (RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE)
Abstract
In article the relation of the Russian criminal legislation to ensuring protection of life, definition of its initial moment causing non-recognition of the fruit developing in the course of pregnancy in mother's organism, object of criminal protection is analyzed; the komparativistsky analysis, the including retrospective review of the domestic legislation and a position of modern foreign legislators on protection of not been born children is provided.
